At Champion Stack, your satisfaction matters. If our hosting service doesn’t meet your expectations, we’ve got you covered.
Refund Eligibility
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all shared hosting plans. If you’re not satisfied within the first 7 days of your initial purchase, you can request a full refund. This applies only to first-time customers and excludes domain registration fees and add-on services.
Non-Refundable Services
The following items are non-refundable:
- Domain registration, renewal, or transfer fees
- SSL certificates
- Dedicated IP addresses
- Custom development or design work
- Renewals of hosting plans
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, open a support ticket within 7 days of purchase. Please include your order number and a brief reason for your request. While feedback is appreciated, it’s not required to process your refund.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days. Funds are returned to the original payment method. Note that payment gateway fees (e.g. PayPal charges) are non-refundable and may be deducted.
Abuse and Policy Violations
Accounts found in violation of our Acceptable Use Policy—including spam, fraud, or illegal activity—are not eligible for refunds. We reserve the right to deny any refund request in such cases.
Changes to This Policy
Champion Stack may update this policy at any time. All changes will be posted here with a new “Updated on” date. It’s your responsibility to review this page periodically.
